🤍 Late Arrivals 🤍 I just wanted to touch base regarding appointment times and late arrivals as the past few weeks it’s been a regular occurrence. Your appointments are booked according to your time preference, already booked appointments and the service your dog receives. 10-15 minutes may not seem like a lot of time but to us that’s basically your dogs bath time gone.. When we have clients turning up late it puts alot of pressure back onto our staff and also isn’t really fair to the other clients booked who make it to their appointment on time 🫢 As per our policy, after 15 minutes we do have the choice to either downgrade or reschedule your appointment. We understand life gets crazy sometimes and with enough notice we may be able to do some shuffling around on our end but without a heads up these late arrivals are really throwing a spanner in the works.
