Cancellation Policy 2024

24hrs notice must be given to cancel or reschedule any appointment booked with Alpha Pet Spa.


Cancellations inside the 24hr notice period will incur a 30% fee of booked service which will be required to be paid before or at your next booking. 


Failure to cancel your appointment and not attending, resulting in a NO SHOW appointment will be charged at 50% booked service price for the first offence and 80% booked service price for any further occurrence.


This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

If a client has future bookings with Alpha Pet Spa the NO SHOW fee must be paid with a minimum 48hrs before your next grooming appointment, failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your future bookings. 

Appointments are held for 15 minutes from your booking time. If time allows on the day, a grace period may be given of up to 30 minutes after your appointment time for arrival with the late fee of 30% to be added to your groom price. 

Any arrival later than 30 minutes, whether we are still able to accommodate you the same day or not, is considered a NO SHOW and the above terms will apply.
Rescheduling your appointment to another day after your appointment time has passed is also still considered a NO SHOW and the above terms will apply. 

You will be issued with a minimum of 2 reminder messages which will be sent to the number you provide us. You MUST reply N to cancel your appointment.
If you have called the salon and left a message to cancel please make sure you also reply N to the automated message.
Please do not write a full sentence as the system is looking for the letter N to cancel your appointment otherwise it may be missed.
